In our shops, you can purchase soccer jerseys, attributes and souvenirs of the national Russian team and other national soccer clubs (Spartak, CSKA, Zenit, Lokomotiv, Dinamo), as well as other clubs and national teams of England, Italy, Spain and many more.

Our packages can be delivered to any country in the world via Russian Post or EMS Russian Post.


HOW TO ORDER?

We advise our foreign customers to take the following steps:

1. Make an order for the merchandise that you are interested in. You can do it by adding it to your Cart on the web-site or simply by sending us e-mail with the list of the desired merchandise and your delivery address.

2. Wait for our reply to your inquiry (requires 1-2 working days). We will calculate the price of the postal delivery depending on the weight of your package and destination address. Then we will also calculate the overall price of the order and send you the payment details via e-mail.


3. Pay for your order and delivery.

4. Inform us about the payment.

5. Wait until the package has been delivered to the address specified by you.


HOW TO PAY FOR THE ORDER?

There are 2 ways of payment:

1. You can use VISA or MasterCard.
Note that the payment must be filled in not directly after you make the order, but when the order is actually developed (it normally takes 1-3 working days).
Then the client will get an e-mail with a link to a payment web-page.
The payment will be processed via CyberPlat, the largest electronic payment system in Russia. You can get acquainted with the safety and confidentiality terms of payment on cyberplat.ru.
SOCCERSHOP.ru doesn’t get the data about your bank card.
Within 1-2 working days after the payment arrival, the order will be sent to the client’s address. The purchase deadline may be extended by 1-2 days if the order involves services such as applying numbers and names to the jerseys. .

1. You can make the payment via Western Union or Money Gram.
When the order is developed (it normally takes 1-3 working days), the client gets an e-mail with all necessary information to complete the transaction.
It is possible to make the payment in the nearest WU or MG department, the list is available on westernunion.ru and moneygram.com.
When the payment is made, we ask our client to inform us about the completion of their payment.
Within 1-2 working days after the payment arrives, the package will be sent out to the client’s address. The purchase deadline may be extended by 1-2 days if the order involves services such as applying numbers and names to the jerseys.


HOW TO GET THE ORDER?

1. If you have chosen the Russian Post as delivery service, you will have to pick up the package at your local post office or the one that serves the address specified by you.

2. If you have chosen the EMS Russian Post as delivery service, the delivery person will bring the package to the address specified by you.
